Jeremy Swanson
Jeremy grew up on a small family farm. After college, he managed precision ag technology, with a focus on VRT, soil fertility, and data analytics, for a large cooperative. Desiring to focus more on soil and plant health, Jeremy transitioned to an independent agronomy company to work as an agronomy consultant. Today, he and Andrew are co-owners of Kalos Ag. Jeremy also continues his connection to farming by managing his own farming operation while raising his two kids with his wife, Alison.
Andrew Kinley
Andrew, an agronomy graduate from Iowa State University, began his career as an equipment operator at a cooperative. After a year, he transitioned to sales, where he serviced customers' seed, fertilizer, and chemical needs. After five years, Andrew joined an independent agronomy company, realizing that the "co-op way" wasn’t the only way to grow good crops. His passion for soil fertility and health led him to enter into a partnership to form Kalos Ag with his colleague, Jeremy Swanson.
